Building products at a startup is not easy. The companies and teams with big aspirations, pressing deadlines, and seemingly limited resources are oftentimes the places where true innovation happens. These are the teams that I want to be a part of and contribute to the most.

I’ve had the privilege to mentor and consult several designers, founders, product managers, and entrepreneurs throughout my career.

Backed by a combined 20 years of experience as a creative professional, ex founder, and UX design lead I take a goal oriented approach to helping others define and achieve their ultimate purpose.

While my focus is primarily on working with leaders and founders Im also open to work with IC’s that are looking to sharpen their leadership skills.
